2. Price
Melpi Pro offers monthly and annual subscriptions. The price displayed on the App Store purchase screen for your country or region applies. Prices are JPY 480 per month or JPY 3,880 per year in Japan, and USD 2.99 per month or USD 25.99 per year in the United States. Other storefronts use their local App Store price.
3. Additional Costs
You are responsible for the device, internet access, data charges, and any other costs required to use the App.
4. Payment Method and Timing
Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store using the payment method associated with your Apple Account. You are charged when the purchase is confirmed and at each subsequent renewal.
5. Service Availability
Melpi Pro becomes available immediately after the App Store purchase is completed and reflected in the App.
6. Free Trial, Term, and Automatic Renewal
Users whom Apple determines to be eligible receive a three-day free trial. After the trial, the price shown on the App Store purchase screen is charged and the subscription renews for the selected duration. Check the App Store purchase screen before subscribing for trial eligibility and the applicable local price.
7. Cancellation
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Melpi. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. After cancellation, Melpi Pro remains available until the end of the paid subscription period.
8. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not accept returns or cancellations after a purchase is completed. Japan’s statutory cooling-off system does not apply to mail-order sales. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by Apple’s policies. You can submit a request through Apple’s Report a Problem page.
