The operator of Melpi (the "App") respects your privacy and handles personal information according to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information — Your name and email address provided via Sign in with Apple. Used for account identification and support.
Subscription status — Your App Store subscription state (active status and expiration). Payment details (such as card numbers) are processed by Apple and never reach us.
Profile image — Stored on our servers only if you set one.
Connection history — Records of partners you connected with for live shooting (partner user ID and timestamp), used for one-tap reconnection.

2. Your Photos

Live-shooting photos are sent directly between devices over an encrypted peer-to-peer connection and are never stored on or sent to our servers. Photos are kept only on the receiving device.

Photos are saved to your device's photo library only when you explicitly choose to save them (or enable auto-save in settings).

3. How We Use Information

Providing the App's features (accounts, live shooting, reconnection, subscriptions)
Support and troubleshooting
Keeping the service safe (preventing abuse)

4. Third Parties

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law. The App relies on the following infrastructure providers, which process data on our behalf:

Apple — Sign-in authentication and subscription payment processing
Cloudflare — Hosting for our servers, database, and image storage

5. Retention and Deletion

Account information, connection history, and profile images are retained while your account exists. Deleting your account (Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app) removes this data from our servers. Photos on your device are removed when you delete the app.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
